- Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our Hours are located on our Hours of Operation page
- Q: When do you do Lock Ins?
A: Anytime during non business hours.
- Q: How many laser tag games do you play with 1-game or 2-game party?
A: a (1) game Birthday Party comes with 1 (one) game of Laser Tag, A (2) game Birthday Party comes with 2 (two) games of Laser Tag. Birthday Packages
- Q: Is the Birthday Guest included as one of the party guests?
A: Yes they are.
- Q: Is there an age requirement?
A: No, however, \we do require that you be 36 inches(3ft) tall to support vest, but adults are allowed to help children if needed.
- Q: Can Parents play?
A: Yes!!! Parents are encouraged to participate with their children as we are family oriented and laser tag has NO AGE limit!!!. If parents wish not to play they are welcome to go back with their children during the game to observe.
- Q: Are you required to wear shoes?
A: We do require you wear shoes inside the store, preferable tennis shoes or shoes that do not come off your feet easily. We are not responsible for accidents so it is for your own safety.
- Q: Do I have to use my tickets today or can we come back later and use them?
A. No. Tickets must be used on the day they are purchased.
